The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
GA777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player's account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity; continued operation of the account poses a risk to GA777, other Players or third parties; or a regulatory or compliance obligation requires such action.
Where an account is closed due to a material breach, GA777 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, undisputed funds will be returned to the Player by the most practicable available method.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting GA777 Support via Live Chat or the registered support email address. Upon closure, any pending bonus or Wagering Requirement will be forfeited. Verified balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and payment processing conditions.
